This book was very helpful for me. There are many good changes the author mentioned that I have actually implemented and I’ve become more efficient.

This book was very captivating. It held my attention the entire way through. I felt stretched to the characters in the story. The author did an excellent job creating a story, exposing injustices, and showing what true friendship looks like.

This is definitely for an adult audience, but is an enlightening read about migrants and the dangers they face traveling and trying to escape Mexico. Told from a women and mother perspective.

The Bear

This book was told in the form of a fable, and moves slowly but beautifully through daily life of the last two humans. The connection of the last two humans with nature and the animal kingdom is also told in a beautiful format, with humans and animals communicating, but not with language we use. I recommend it if you are not looking for a fast-paced novel.
